How fast does it take to learn the system?
The system is fairly simple to learn. It takes about 2 hours of training to get teach your clients to start using the system. As a Reseller you will be trained and equipped to conduct the initial set up and Start Using training for your clients. We however have partner companies (Mobiweb Infocenter) that can provide you with extensive training to further educate you on the full functions of the POS system.
When can the system purchased be delivered?
Once payment is received, the system will be sent out based on the package your client chooses. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is usually 7 working days or less. Resellers that stock up on the POSNiaga terminals may deliver sooner.
